Unfortunately, he may never leave. Compared with any other administration, his incompetence would be glaring. However, when compared to his peers of the last 7 years, he is just another sneaky, slimy, greedy moron. I wouldn't be surprised if he somehow appointed himself AG for life. After all, he's already orchestrated the destruction of the constitution once.

Bush cannot take a chance on his leaving. I thought that the AG might leave during the congressional recess thereby allowing a recess appointment. However, the congressional review process for the appointment of a new AG would leave all of the present operations open for scrutiny and Bush cannot allow that.
