On tonight's news, there was a story saying that now there is only one abortion clinic left in Mississippi due to pressure from guess who? It's mostly the far right and they are usually REPUBLICANS. In the piece, they interviewed a doctor who said they are now, by law, having to tell women who come in for abortions things that just are not true because of pressure. In the piece there were people picketing and screaming in front of the one remaining clinic that state has. Don't get me wrong, I have never thought that abortion should be used for birth control, but in some cases, it is essential and these people just simply don't get it.

I just really wanted to knock the s**t out of Bush Thursday night when I heard on the news of a family with a little girl with a rare disease. I can't remember what it was, but the thing was that since this bumbling bumpkin of a so-called leader we have won't allow stem cell research, they had to go all the way to CHINA! to get treatment for their little girl because of the stem cells that had been taken, in this case, from a live baby, instead of an aborted fetus. That is something they are doing in China now, but who knows when it will happen in this country. Well, we KNOW it WON'T before January 2009, don't we?

So what? Does he need more time with his family? That's the reason they've given for all of the other resignations and/or dismissals since knucklehead stole the election in 2000. Am I right? One thing you can say about this Gonzales is that he was not speedy about his resignation.
